Why thinking space?

That’s a good question.

Why not do space or results space? Well for me, to do and get results, you need a strong foundation in a clear path and direction, space for innovation and creativity, a space to think about what you're trying to achieve and how can we make it best solution to fit the project. If we're doing, doing, doing; responding to lots of little requests; there isn't any space for thinking, innovation and creativity, and therefore we don't create satisfying and meaningful outcomes.

If only there was time in the day

I started Thinking Space co+, as I saw how often managers were rarely having the time or space to think innovatively, take a step back and look at the big picture, sometimes not feeling inspired about what could happen or frustrated that there was not enough time to commit to this great idea. That lack of thinking space can impact their satisfaction, and drive in their career and also burnout.
